  1. After a WEAK 1NT opening bid:
  2. ___2C response promises a three suit hand, one of
  3. which is a 4 card or better club suit and 2QT.  
  4. ___2NT bid indicates a two suit hand (any two suits).
  5. ___Double shows a HCPC of 15 and is for penalties.
  6. ___A suit bid other than 2C shows length and strength
  7. in the suit bid similar to the 2 level overcall bids.

  12. ___Double shows a two suit hand (hearts and spades)

  14. ___2NT bid shows a two suit hand other than hearts
  15. and spades.  It requires 2 1/2 QT.
  16. ___A suit bid other than 2C shows length and strength
  17. in the suit bid similar to the 2 level overcall bids.
